Welcome to Metroskin! These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website www.metroskin.in and the purchase of products through our Platform. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms are published in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. Definitions

Company / We / Us: Metrocard_skin, registered at Noida, operating at www.metroskin.in.

User / Customer: Any person who accesses, browses, or uses the Platform.

Products: Metro card skins and related accessories available for purchase on the Platform.

Order Confirmation: Communication confirming successful payment and acceptance of Order.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an Order or completing any transaction, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Metroskin offers guest checkout — you are not required to create an account. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, maintain security of your credentials, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

There is no minimum age restriction to use this Platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, false information, breach of Terms, or fraudulent activity.

3. Products, Listings & Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of all applicable taxes (MRP). The price applicable to your Order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect already-confirmed Orders. In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected Order and issue a full refund.

4. Order Process

A legally binding contract is formed only upon successful payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order if the product is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, payment has failed, or the delivery address is non-serviceable.

⚠️ Once an Order has been placed and payment confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.

5. Payment Terms

We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and EMI. Cash on Delivery and digital wallets are not offered.

All transactions are processed securely through Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant). We do not store your full card or payment credentials on our servers.

A shipping fee may be applicable and will be disclosed at checkout. No hidden charges beyond what is shown at checkout.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver all Orders within 5 to 7 business days from dispatch. We offer pan-India delivery. Certain remote areas may not be serviceable.

Our courier partners will make up to two (2) delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the shipment will be returned to us. Re-delivery may be arranged at no additional charge, subject to conditions.

It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect address.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

⚠️ Given the nature of our Products (custom-designed metro card skins), we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an Order has been delivered.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 remain unaffected.

Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our Grievance Officer with your Order number, description of defect, and clear photographs. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days to your original payment method. We do not offer store credit.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform is the property of Metrocard_skin or its licensors. The brand name 'Metroskin' and associated logos are common law trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any Platform content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to INR 89. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Nothing limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in the city of the Company's registered office. Your right to approach a consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 is not restricted.
